hope you stocked up on your jump through hoops pills to collect. I've had to make claims against all 3 shippers and none of them are easy to deal with. But I have had less claims to deal with when shipping with USPS priority (knock on wood ) I've never had a claim as long as I send it priority costs a little more but is worth the piece of mind.

Note to self. When you have your rifle all dialed in, don’t change from 3f to 2f. Couldn’t hit anything. Haha. Sometimes a humbling experience is good for us.

I worked on Fowler #2 today. Shaping the stock and scraping. Filing the wood and metal edges. It's cleaning up nicely. Soon I'll be finishing metal and drawing the carving.

Life’s a struggle heavy rain London so my power to big workshop is out, But I got a small lathe in side shed. Put up 4 jaw chuck and started turning my 5th breach plug for my 28g barrels. The first two plugs the fire holes were the wrong angle and plug was too short, the next two plugs perfect till I broke a 5/16” tap, not feeling well that day, and yesterday made the 5th I call it progress learning to be a gunsmith . Threading a 11/16” breach thread with a new die, so converting 12 g barrels with a big thread tap might be a struggle but it can be done The new in the white , 28g barrels cost me £265 at holts auction so I got to get it right, Just luck it fitted my .36 double ml rifle. Now the challenge of getting the hook right so it holds barrels in place . Do have a go .
