The arms and armor exhibit of the Philadelphia museum of art is reopened and they have a couple of wheellocks and flask on display

You bring back good memories of my youth in Philly .... Their art museum is fantastic, but like other museums, most of the interesting "stuff" is NOT on display (but some of it can be found by digging through the museum's website). The fantastic gold enhanced wheelock, the second one from the top in the first photo, was made about 1650 by Martin Kamerer in Augsburg according to their website. It was part of a 1200 piece collection donated to the museum in 1977.

Very good point. There are several firearms I know of in their collection, that were unfortunately not on display. Most museums have much larger collections than they are able to display.
