Just wondering if anyone has shot round ball out of their Kibler Fowler and if so the results. Is the 20 gauge more accurate than the 16?
I have a few 16Ga. fowling guns, thought not Kiblers, they all shoot a round ball just fine.

Kibler’s wall on the 16g is no thinner that a larger caliber Bess, and they shoot rbs just fine.Kibler’s Fowler utilizes a very thin wall on the 16 gauge.
This is the thickness at the muzzle. Can you tell me what the thickness is at the breech?I don't know the thickness of the Kibler 16 gage barrel but this is a North Star Tradegun from the late 70's 12 gage. The barrel thickness is .046. I have shot many a round ball through this gun without incident.
