Took the Pedersoli Mortimer .451 rifle to the range this morning, only the second time to have it out. A paper plate sized group at 100 yards isn't too exciting but you have to start somewhere.

Run a cleaning rod with a tight fitting patch down the barrel, counting the revolutions. Tape a little paper flag on the rod to make it easier to count.
