dont curse me......for those that dont know I ahve the dubious honor of somehow squeezing four (4) balls down a barrel at one time....in my defense I was brandnew to black p[owder and was surround3ed by a few shooters who probably had a combined total os 200 years plus experience....but I was with NITWIT...need I say more?

That's a really nice .32 squirrel rifle. I love a .32 caliber for hunting small game. Guess that's why I have two of them. :grin:

What is quilted maple?

Just another type of maple, the stripes can cross each other in a pattern that looks sorta quilted, it's mostly on underside of the forearm on that rifle.
