T7 its 36 bobcat.got it from clear creek trading co.Put about 90 balls threw it last sunday.didnt have any 3f only 2f in black powder.45gr and a precut 10 patch with possum squeezens seemed to be its best load.Im gonna white out the barrel and do some wedling on the stock and redo it.Got to make a wood ramrod fer it also.Then it ert to be just about right. ::
 
Well, buck, got just what I wanted from S.B., but I still think I'll call about the other products mentioned by roundball. Of course I have a few mops for the .54, could get all the gunk out of there faster. But, for the time being I'll try using a bit of commercially prepared B/P solvent. If that gets in there and loosens everything up, might not need to use either the brush or mop. We'll see after the next woods walk.

SSE jus keep experymenten till ya find wha works best fore you.we all hav our little way of doin things but in the end we all want the same results,clean rust free rifle /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
We get set in our ways when we find what works,take patch lube fer instance.I only use the biggest,finest possums fer possum squeezens.They hav ta be caught on the last weekend of the month and squeezed the next weekend,except on a leap year when everthing is moved back 24 hours. :: :bull:
