For those that are interested, I am going to be blogging my Fowler build. Other peoples builds have taught me a lot so I figured maybe mine would help someone out also. But I am mainly blogging it for me. Started last night. http://flintlockbuilder.blogspot.com/

That's a fine looking fowler. I'd love to build one of Clay's kits, but no lefty stuff from what I've seen. You also got out of one of the toughest parts of a fowler build - the butt plate! Looking forward to seeing your work. Best of luck.
 
I didn't realize he offered different barrel lengths. I've thought hard about doing one in 16 gauge. I'd love to do it with a 46" barrel.
