Caliver Matchlock

Hello, I just want to share my joy!
After 1,5 years of work (not all the time ) and huge amount of help from my god friend Gosta my kit is finally shootable!.

Its a matchlock caliver .62 from http://www.therifleshoppe.com/

That is a good looking piece you have there. :thumbsup: :hatsoff: I have been eyeing one for a while now. The only thing slowing me down is the lever for firing it. I don't know how much the loose rear grip would affect accuracy.

TRS' description says it could be made with a trigger as well. The trigger/guard available for http://www.therifleshoppe.com/(528).htm seems like a good fit.

Just wondering why you are using such an undersized roundball??? I would recommend using the .600 roundball and .010 patch, that's what I used in my .62 smoothie.
