Dave those shots represent a hold on the very bottom edge of the cardboard. the aim point is massively different...Father in law has one of them. So far we have been able to get close to hitting a five gal bucket at three paces.

I appreciate your suggestion. And I will certainly give it a try. I thank you for your input. It,s a fun little piece...one that I can inlay brass and get experience in doing so. A learning curve and trying different things without worrying about buggering something more expensive. It has adjusted my analytical side as it is not milled perfect but allows me to sit back and decide on how I am going to achieve the next the next step on how I can improve whats there. I feel thats the kind of the value in this cheap kit. Something you can return to and make small improvements in look,s and at the same time have a shoot-able piece. Thank You. SMJust a suggestion sussex, but if you decrease the powder charge to a bit less than 20 grains, you won't get as much thunder and lightning but your accuracy will probably improve quite a bit.
