Well, I don't make the laws, I just live by them...

That being said, what I am reading is that the powers that be believe that if you are shooting multiple projectiles, it surely must be buckshot...

So if a hunter had a 20 g. muzzler that fired 2 of the old style 'punkin balls' at once it is legal but a .50 firing 2 PRB's ain't?

That is the way that the regulations are written. I don't believe that it was the INTENT, but fighting the letter rather the intent is tough.
