I have every intention of doing so at some point, though probably not this season. I have a .62 fowler, but it's jug-choked with a "special turkey barrel" and it's just not very well suited to grouse. I just dropped off a curly cherry stock blank and a sitting fox 24 gauge barrel at Dave Keck's for barrel inletting and my intention is to build it with a round faced lock and to try to find a reasonably consistent and fairly open load for hunting grouse over pointing dogs (I have English setters and pretty good ones if I do say so myself).
