Flintlock hunting DVD's

There is not much out there for us guys in the way of hunting DVD's
An internet aquaintance of mine is producing a series of DVD's that involves hunting with authentic muzzle loading rifles. I have the Flintlock and Whitetail DVD and have thoroughly enjoyed it. (many times) I will be purchasing the other new ones as they become available. He has some video's clips of his DVD's on youtube. His brother has a primitive DVD for those of us who enjoy primative bow hunting and that sort of lifestyle. There is nothing in this for me. I am just bringing this up as I feel it is something that all or most of us would be interested in. Having been involved in the production and sale of a DVD (www.predatorhunters.com) I know first hand that there is not much money in it for Brian either. this is more hobby then profit making venture. I think we are just lucky to have a guy like Brian Beckum that is willing to share his passion of hunting with flintlocks for us to enjoy as entertainment. Check out the youtube video threads.

PJC: Thanks for the links. I love my muzzleloaders, but the "Full Circle" primitive archery tape looks like a great one, too, and a lot of what he talks about applies to ML hunting as well.

Looks like a good one to get. I love watching hunting videos, but you never find any that are all traditional firearems they mostly have one or two hunts with them and then 8-10 with inlines on the blackpowder vides that I have seen..

Trying to dig up an old topic here. :grin: I know the Beckums personally and they are great guys. Brian is working on Flintlocks and whitetails 3 now and Thad, his brother, is working on a new primitive skills video. Check them out on their website beckumoutdoors.com. Brian even makes custom flintlocks and does a great job. Tell them I sent you!!!! :thumbsup:
