Back from the dead, at least for now. A two day visit to the local heart factory got me two new stints, maybe a couple more years, and a bill for $100,000.00. Now if I can get the eye to work better I might get to burn some powder.

I'm a couple of months shy of 70. Got some high mileage and a good bit of damage after 28 years in the military. Lucky for me the VA is picking up the bill. Can't drink whiskey and smoke cigars for nearly 60 years without paying a price. Thanks to all.

Hoping for a speedy recovery and many more years on this side of the dirt. You got off cheap. My lady had 2 stints put in last year and just the bill from the hospital was $225,000. Thankfully she has very good insurance.

Just get a Supplemental plan and you'll be good. I have a Blue Cross supplemental, and the extra benefits & coverages are great.
