The patches all look fine but a smaller ball bigger patch would be great.I guess i will bite the bullet and order a few smaller balls and order a mold if it works.The darn barrel is really a .61 caliber.I typically shoot 30-40 shots at a session for a load session for a muzzle loader(60-80 for "other" types.I like a lot of data.How many do you guys shoot? I'm pretty sure? its not the "loose nut behind the stock" as the other gun i shot(.54 with 100g of powder) was doing very well.Thanks for input guys.
