Help identifying an old mold

Hello!
I have recently been going through a case of accessories passed down to me. I'm new to this subject, but have enjoyed doing research and identifying items. However, I cannot find any mold that looks anything like this one. it is just over 7 inches long, and has a 14 (bore?) stamped on the inside of one of the handles. The mold is right at 11/16-12/16 in diameter.
I would be very appreciative of any info on this mold!

Neat old mold. Cast a ball with it and measure the ball. This will give you some more information.
