It seems doubtful. Unlike a long arm where it is nice to have the vent on the side opposite the face, what would be the advantage of a left side lock on a pistol? Where are all the left handed originals? :idunno:
 
from what ive read, that being little, there were rare occations in which lefty guns were made but it was very rare, remember there was a time period where people thought leftys were evil and they would do terrible things to children to make them right handers also. Im glad we are much more educated now.

I recall seeing photos of pairs of pistols made right-&-left, but I cannot recall if the context was for carriage in the belt/sash or in pommel holsters.

200 years ago, if you were left handed, you just learned to be right handed.
