You just have to shoot and see
And there are countless best loads
Bare ball, patched wad and patch, big loads small loads, wad on top and bottom, just on top, folded paper, wasp nest, tow, woolen yarn, I did dog hair once.
Start your adventure with ,600 patched, on top of 70 grains 2f
Then start your experiments

Same as any other fowler of the same gauge

Try both 3F and 2F. My 3 20 gauges prefer 3F although 2F works with adding 10 grains more. Spend some time at the range is about the only way you can find out. Be prepared to juggle load components and shoot, shoot!
