Hello everyone.
My question is, will opening up my flash hole from .0625 to .070 dia. on my flint lock rifle make ignition more reliable?

Get a numbered drill set. You can go up to a .0630 or .0670 first. I have had good luck with the .0630. Just a little larger but it helps. Also make sure the breech isn’t caked with fouling.
