The same rust preventative you use in an unlined bore. Do you mean prevent rust between the liner and the original barrel? The liner is inserted with an adhesive which seals it and water can't get between it and the barrel, no problem.
 
RIG grease is pretty much a go to standard for long term storage of firearms. BTW I know nothing about cannons.
 
That is right fair size. After a good cleaning with a good size cleaning rod just for that size bore, a bucket of warm water and some Walmart shop towels for patches. I would prefer finishing up with a mixture of ballistol , really does work and is easy to clean out.
