Several years ago I learnt the wonders of "What's it worth to you?" when someone asks how much something is.

It's especially useful when I'm doing repairs for people; by and large I'm given multiples of what I would've considered asking for.

Thanks, but I will have to turn down your offer. Added info: it is machine sewn on an antique upholstery singer treddle machine (1912 Singer 31-15) using 138 nylon thread
made to withstand some abuse. It measures 7 in. tall x 5 in. wide anda 1 in. gusset. The adjustable strap is long enough to fit the largest person. I am also finishing up on a large belt bag. I will post photos of it also. Thanks again for input

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! You used 'nylon'.

I believe that nylon was a good choice at the time. Strong and durable. But the next one will be sewn with elk skin lace

My luck does not run in that direction generally

Since we are talking new bags and such I thought I would post my new set. The following are my first attempt on all. The leather is all bison and hand stitched using the whip stitch with artificial sinew like it because I think it gives it a more traditional look.
The next one is Flint/ tool pouch. 15647124818923094409882851653723.jpg 1564712525461170825832240544937.jpg 15647125935153467157732946957675.jpg15647133094498830868934522455543.jpg 1564713543649770281771840630994.jpg
