Welcome from Maine. Where are you from in NH?
Nit Wit
Merrimack. I really want to be up North, but my wife has her own practice in Nashua and doesn't want to move it. At some point I'll find a bit of land in the Errol area, Shelburne or Stewartstown and have a trapper shack or something to get away to. What part of Maine for you? I enjoy the Moosehead Lake area.

Welcome from Cheshire County NH. Hopefully the rain will stop soon.
Soon enough it will be snow instead of rain. I'm really hoping we have a cold winter. It has been too warm for the past few years to get out on the ice anywhere South of Concord.

Thank you all for the warm welcoming. I'll be sure to document the build with my son and share the pictures and hopefully video with you all.

Howdy Paul. We have some of the same interests. I live in Amherst and work in Merrimack. I have been using muzzleloaders for years, but am just moving into flintlocks myself. Best of luck with your projects.

Well hello there neighbor! I live in the Amherst/Nashua side of Merrimack very close to Continental.

Have you ever made your own powder?

I would like to build a traditional "custom" flintlock at some point, but hopefully this kit doesn't give me too much trouble.

Wow, I live on the Amherst/ Merrimack line only a short distance from Continental. My office is on Continental and 101A. Small world.
