Realistically, who would buy and shoot these RB's if they weren't required to, and just how much would a box of 50 or 100 RB's cost?

Well, the lead ban has already begun to spread to other states so a lot of these discussions are in the realm of "what if", not just the california condor issue or geography...same thinking that got my curiousity up experimenting with rubber balls and marbles just for cheap practice alternatives.
