It's just a term for someone with a low post count.
I've been here for quite a while and have bought and sold several items with no problems, I try to trust folks and usually a few messages or a phone call is enough to establish that trust. I don't post much, and try as I might I can't get pics to post, so I keep getting labeled as a scammer.
