So I have been looking all over for #10 and #11 percussion caps and can't seem to find them for sale anywhere.
Would anyone know where I might be able to buy some or what I can use safely inplace of them?

I would just keep looking. Number 10s seem to be in short supply locally, but I've had no issue getting number 11 caps. Try Scheels and Cabella's. Both of them have caps in stock locally. Eventually they'll be back on the shelves and listed online again. Just don't pay those price gougers if you can possibly resist. You aren't going to need to go fight a civil war with percussions guns.... well, hopefully you won't, ;) so just be patient and next time, stock up so you won't be caught in short supply the next time this happens.

crater fireworks in IL. Got # 10 and RWS 10/11. I buy from thi guy, a bit gruff but good folks (warning on fed ex costs.....OUCH)
He is out of #10's for what it's worth. He has RWS 1075's though.

edit- also, it has been reported on this forum that he is done shipping caps only. You need to buy powder to get the caps. When i bought my #10's and #1075's last fall he was still shipping just caps.

Check out any gun shows that pop up in your area. I got 2 tons of #10 at a gun show in Oklahoma. The guy didn’t have any other bp stuff, so just a random find I guess.
