I tell u its true, dont believe me,check it out 4 yourself.not sure if federal trumps state or not but that is fl st law.C 4 yourself if U doubt me.

Yes, little buffalo, a convicted felon can have his firearms rights restored under both federal law and/or Pennsylvania law.

As for people committing felonies, there are some that are some rather common ones that folks run afoul of. For instance, here in PA it is a felony to kill a dog or cat that is not yours absent a few technical exceptions. It is a felony to point a potato gun at any person or dwelling under federal law. In Pa, a fourth retail theft IA an automatic felony, even if it is just a pack of gum. There are some who argue that it is a felony to purchase a firearm by answering "no" on a 4473 to the question of being an illegal user of drugs if you infrequently smoke a joint. Or if you drink to excess on a regular basis.

Have them go through the effort to have their records expunged(spelling), all is wiped clean they start out with nothing on their record.

so,you have never committed a felony?good for you, glad 4 u.or have u never got caught?if not U must be JC.for your information,we have all done felonys, just the most fortunate of us(like you)have never got caught.(count your blessings) so b4 u look down your nose, remember the sins of your past that only JC knows!need more people like U in the world!! your quite the upstanding fella!!! :haha:
I think you missed my point completely!... :shocked2:
Point being that many people have little or no understanding of the law... After all it's not like they teach law classes in high school. Few people that commit a crime realize at the time of the act, The life long consequences of their actions. Job placement and firearms restrictions for example.....
Simply put, If you could do it all over again would you make the same mistakes? Most people I know wouldn't. :v

I apologize,i guess I took that a little to personally and your right,if I had it to do over again I would rethink it.here in fl,its one of the hardest states in the union to get your voting rights restored to say nothing of firearms restoration.Gov.Charlie crist in 2007 passed a law that automatically restored that right(voting)then in2011 Gov.Rick scott repealed that law.i do a bit more thinking before acting these days.

I still would like to know what felonies everybody has committed. OH and "look at federal law" is a cop-out.... right up there with "everybody knows..." (imho). Cite me some examples please.

Now has everybody broken some sort of law..., certainly. Traffic laws. Civil laws. Those ain't felonies, nor are they federal in most cases. Felonies are different than misdemeanors and traffic laws, for a reason, and both are different from Treason and Civil Laws, again for a reason. We are talking about felons and felonies.

How about we get back to the original topic?

I've read the Indiana law, and what I'm researching here is only this: Do you folks personally know of non-violent felons in Indiana who use traditional black powder muzzleloading arms for hunting, etc?

I copied a movie when I didn't have time to watch it so I could personally watch it later. I think that could be five years, but then I copied it from a rental that wasn't supposed to be rented!

Encourage fishing. It gets people out into the natural environment as much as hunting and can at times be more rewarding when weighing the game bag.

So being in Florida and spear fishing does that mean I can or can't use a bang stick :shocked2:
