I've done a search for this with no luck. Some time back a forum member posted a beatiful GPR he had built. I don't remember a lot about it other than the workmanship was outstanding and he had inlet something ( a star I think) into the buttstock. Any ideas?

Thanks

That would be 41Aeronca. Check his posts in the builders forum. Check here for some pics http://www.muzzleloadingforum...250/post/485720/hl//fromsearch/1/#485720

Thanks Scott. It is a beauty. I'm considering attempting something similar as wedding gifts for my son and his bride.

I see we share a profession, I'm a Land Surveyor too.

Regards,
Bob

Hi Bob, do I hear correct? A matched set? How cool is that! Good luck on it, your son and his bride are pretty lucky.
Ya, there are a few PLS's lurking around here. I drug a coworker of mine on board recently.
Cheers,
Scott

Well, not quite a matched pair, more like mirror images (my son is a southpaw). Maybe a trade rifle for the lady. Anyway, your workmanship is an inspiration. We'll see how it goes.
