The first step in any accuracy ~ with rifle, shotgun, bow, snowball, whatever ~ is consistancy. Whenever I make a measure I throw ten or so charges with it and weigh them to make sure nothing catches or fills poorly and that it really gives what I want it to (bone measures are not as sommth as drilled or reamed measures).
