What is a resonable time to wait on TOTW?

Well, another month gone bye without the stock being shipped or an explanation from TOTW. When I emailed them a month ago Dave said they would ship early August. This is a big time bummer. I could have grown my own tree by now.

I wish I could Birddog. It is a $137.00 piece of wood (plain maple Hawken full stock) that was in my order to TOTW and I really dont want to shell out another $137.00 for something I already paid for.

They should not have charge you if you did not receive it. And if they did tell them you want a refund & cancel that part of the order. They WILL do that. Been there done that..... :thumbsup:

Get on the phone.............. They get hundreds of emails a day & may never answer ya ! They have Your Money, so they have the upper hand & only you can change it. :hmm:

Get on the phone & call them, ask them if they have a Hawken stock # (your stock#) on hand in stock.
When they say "Yes, we have several", then tell them to " THEN SHIP ME THE DANG THING " !! I been waitin since MAY...... What IS the problem !! :cursing:

Iwas about to order the same thing when i got out of hospital friday , "maybe" , still working out a few bugs, I'll sure tell them about this screw up they are haveing for ya , you should of gone to the source. Hind sight... Fred :hatsoff:

I emailed TOTW and their reply was that they expected a shipment of stocks on Tuesday. Hopefully, my stock will be one of them.
