I'm not sure I've ever seen one of those. How's it work?

It clips on the glasses frame and the little lever at the front operates the iris you can see - making it larger or smaller to enable you to focus more clearly on the foresight. There are a few brands available - Knobloch and Champion are just two more. Figure on around $120 or so, maybe more - I bought mine about thirty years back.

Oldwood. getting old is an adventure, its being old that sucks! i enjoyed getting here. being here not so much.
In my head I can still feel the rush of hurling my body into the abyss with reckless abandon but the reality is, I can still feel the aches and pains of hurling my body into the abyss with reckless abandon, lol. The only regrets I really have was not doing a few things I should have done in my 20s. The only reason I regret them is it's so hard to do them now in my 60s (but I am still doing things, lol)

Wow!!! That's bigger than my house here in UK!!
The Foley arms in claygate is pretty big but doubt if you live there , our house is packed out with my junk you definitely need a bigger house when you retire the wife says “ no other woman would put up with it “ she’s in a right bad mood as I just picked up a £135 Taylor Hobson engraver on eBay uk. Good grief it’s so heavy to move but I am getting there drove 400 miles round trip to collect it and that was £100 of diesel in a little fiat van it was £10 a gallon on the motorway. Time to get a horse !!!! Have fun that’s what life is all about. I think !!!!! Me and my kids in younger days Lagos somewhere in Africa Hence my kids playmates

The Foley Arms in Malvern is also bigger than my house, and I don't live there, either. I'm from the downtrodden spud-bashing Foleys of Erin's Isle, rather than the bloated plutocrats of the lesser English aristocracy, I'm sorry to say. I've been retired eleven years, officially, but just nine in reality. I retired for the first time from the Army in 2000, and subsequently another twice.
