You use it all the time... You use strapping material to make a "Strap". Then use the strap to carry your possibles bag, or whoop a misbehaving kid. Well, maybe used to, back when kids could be taught to behave...

Installed sights on my new to me .54 Renegade, TC tang mounted peep and filed a slight bevel on the face of the front post for a dab of white epoxy paint.

How does the spout operate?

A little more progress on a new horn.
This one wanted to be a little different. It wanted a long spout that flowed into the main body, so I did it. It was longer looking than what looked right so I carved a ball end on the tip which did the trick.
Also it wanted a slightly rounded and low-profile base plug so I did that too.
This horn is very demanding, you see.
(But I get to choose the decorations )

How does the spout operate?

Spout screws out for easy filling. Also has a 1/16" vent pick in stopper. Holds over 400g of FFFF.

Hello , maybe a good spot for this, I came across the ladder sight on eBay uk. I thought it was expensive at £130 buy it now . till I looked at Pedrosoli sights £250. The seller said grandfather won the 1904 Commonwealth games with it . What I did not realise it did not go in the usual place but just in front of the but plate. Seems you target shoot’s it lying on your back ,so I had trouble making it fit. It’s more like a bit of Victorian memrobillia. Anyway it’s where I want it on a 1885 Swiss rifle , never fired it, I just collect these days. Hope you enjoy
