I took a look over the last rise in the ridge trail at him, over my left shoulder, about 50 feet from him, and he was awake, and his head was moving as he looked away from me to his Left. How he didn't hear me OR see me I don't know. I was literally dressed in a full Blaze Orange Coverall, and wore a blaze orange hat.

So I would say he was alive, but not paying much attention. :rotf: :thumbsup:

I usually carry several caps in my left shirt pocket when hunting.They are easy to get to, and get back in action.
