    You are right. A magnet will stick to the sprue cutter and other bolts, etc on the mold, but not to the mold body itself. Must be aluminum. Back to the drawing board!

    My Lyman Deerstalker loves the TC Maxi-Hunters, and I just got a mould for them. Is there any other mold handles that can be modified to fit TC moulds, or is the TC handles the only ones that will work? Since the TC moulding stuff is out of production a set of handles may be hard to come by...
