I’m up in the air about bear hunting locally. The bears don’t seem very wild and are known to go onto porches and into corn patches like mine. Seems most locals think of them like they would drunken neighbors and my wife isn’t keen for me to shoot and process one. A bit tempting though. Saw a good sized boar on Sunday.
Vermont is 9/1 for bears
