Non-TRS lock castings?

Are there any manufacturers of military style lock castings aside from the rifle shoppe? I have nothing against them, but I don't want to have to wait a a few years to get my parts in.

Well it depends on what you are wanting from TRS. Some of the more popular offerings are kept in constant stock, ie Brown Bess and Baker rifles. Even some of the US offerings are often enough on hand. Call them up, Jane will gladly go look to see if what you want is on hand. I drop by every 2-3 months and rummage around to see what’s on hand.

I have always had good results from the Rifle Shoppe. I have always verified what I wanted was on the shelf and would ship at end of week ; )
