Thanks Slowpoke for including us in your raffle. By the way, what color is the ribbon and bow . I guess if the birthday boy there wins we could consider it a late birthday present or an early Winter Holiday (Christmas) present. :sorry: new fangeled pc (politically correct) terminology we are required to use at work.
If you guys do this again next year don't forget to send us an e-mail and a posting.

I don't know about the rest of you all, but I am more excited about the 18th than the 25th as far as presents go. The 25th means more but the 18th is coming sooner. Come on Slowpoke, get ready to pull that lucky number. I got my tickets taped all over this computer screen.

Dear Zman,
We are sorry to inform you that due to new government regulations, all tickets for the forth coming drawing for said rifle MUST be verified by a member of our staff PRIOR to said drawing. Please forward all tickets to Longknife as soon as possible.
Thank you,
I.M. Greedy

The offical count is 168 tickets purchased by the members of "The Forum". I will have no part whatsoever in the drawing of the winning ticket, in fact I didn't bu a ticket because I was afraid I would win. We always find someone that hasn't bought a ticket and have them do the deed. I'm excited about the drawing. I really want someone from the forum to win this gun, I think we have about 350 ticket in total so someone here has a great chance of winning.

Dear Santa,
All I want is for someone from the forum to win !!!

yeah, I got'em. They're in with all the rest. By the way, because of everyones help. Our club made a nice donation to the forum. Now I got to figure out what I'm going to do with all those bumper stickers. :haha:

Won't do no good because he doesn't have the winning ticket. :winking:

Since its obvious that one of us is going to win that thing, I suggest that we pool our tickets, and acquire group ownership. Upon taking delivery of said rifle I will be pleased to work up a load over the next 20 or 30 years, or so.

Regards, sse

Dear I.M., Don't matter if I send you the winning ticket because you know that Shortknife will end winning the gun anyway. With his luck, I would give all of the tickets in your posession to him to increase the chance of your family winning. On second thought, keep them for yourself. :haha: :haha:

sse, would that mean that I would have visitation rights including the ability to take the gun on various activities(deer hunting). If so then you will need to send me driving instructions to your place. Don't worry I won't tell anyone else where you are.

PS. Thanks Slowpoke for all the fun we have had with this posting.

Zee - I would have no problem with that except that will delay accomplishing the job and it would probably be left to my heirs to complete, it could just go on in perpetuity. Wait a minute, don't worry about it. I see I have a PM, its probably slowpoke wanting to know what initials to engrave on the thang.

Regards, sse

sse, Boy do I have an offer for you. I am willing to buy your tickets for $1.29 profit per ticket. This offer will be good up till 12/17/04. After that they won't even be worth the $1.29. :haha:

I'd like to start the opening bid at $10 for this last and final raffle ticket...... actually our president had a few and I got rid of them this weekend. I actually think this is the lucky ticket :D So don't be afraid to open up the wallet and bid with confidence.
Actually my wife was using it as a bookmark and I had to confiscate it for the better good of the forum.

What should I do with it? Hold a raffle for the raffle ticket?

i'd say put it on e-bay but that would give it to someone that ain't here....maybe you could do an e-bey thing on here....ya gots a pic allready just have to do is a bid page now....i'll start the bidding at $5.00 for that ticket with a bid increase of $10.00 a bid....do i hear any other bids...................bob

P.S....or ya could give it away to the one who bought the most tickets for buying the most....

I was just joking about auctioning it off. I'll give it away to one of the members here. I have the forum members seperated from the rest. What I'll do is pull a name and write their name on it. Sounds like a plan.
