    Mr Nick, Same pistol. My front sight is 1/8 also. I just filed the original rear sight notch wider and deeper. Once I worked up a good load, I never readjust the sight. It works great for me. Set up my rifles the same way. Hank

    Pinning ramrod tip

    I pretty much use the table saw method like Thehorn. Works really well. The only thing I do different is to drill across grain for the pin. Don't know if it's necessary but it just seems right. Hank
